The top flower is 28" round with a padded center and a thermal liner to retain your cat's heat for added comfort. There are four holes each 9" in diameter that lead to the center of the trunk which is 12" in diameter. Four sculptured leaves (2 large and 2 small) surround the trunk providing layers for climbing or space for "snoozing". The leaves each have a thermal liner for added comfort, and each is hinged to provide "flex" when the cat jumps onto the leaf making it easier on its joints and back. Older cats will get much more use out of a unit with this feature. The wide round base adds stability and guarantees the Cat Tree will not tip during normal use. This Cat Tree will fit into a corner, taking up less floor space, and not sacrificing stability. We are pleased to offer this one of a kind red cedar cat tree! Your kitties will think their dreams have come true when see this tree in their house! Made from eastern red cedar (also called aromatic red cedar). It is 100% natural, solid cedar, no particle board, plywood, carpet, adhesives, etc. It has not been sealed so it still releases a wonderful ceder scent. Five feet four inches tall with 3 perches leading to the 14" diameter wicker eagles nest. The perches are 14" x 11" and are made from the red heart wood, planed and sanded smooth. The base is 28" by 28". It has been shaped, scraped, and hand sanded smooth yet retains its natural appearance. There are interesting contours and textures for your cats scratching pleasure. And cats can really dig their claws into this scratcher. Eastern red cedar is a perfect scratching medium for cats. The creamy wood is hard enough for satisfying scratching yet not so hard as to splinter and stick in the cats paws. The Kitty Hollow is a series of trees for: climbing in or on; running through it or on it; hiding on the in-side shelves or lounging and sunning on the out-side shelves. This tree is PURR-FECT!! The Kitty Hollow is 12" in diameter. The 63" comes with a base and top that are 24? x 24?. The 33" and 48" come with a base and top that are 20"x20". There is an entrance to the tree located at the base of all the trees. It is located in the back of the tree, you know, a ?secret entrance?. There is also an inside shelf to make it easy to get to the top. The top of the tree has a nice rolled edge on three sides to snuggle up against. The top is solid there is no exit hole on the top this gives a much larger surface for lounging and sunning.
